About the role
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for technology roles
- Aligning candidate profiles with hiring managers and defining search strategy
- Active candidate sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
- Resume screening and initial candidate assessment
- Conducting competency-based interviews
- Presenting candidates to hiring managers and coordinating the stages of the process
- Assisting with offer negotiations and providing feedback to candidates
- Updating the candidate pipeline and records in the recruitment system (ATS or CRM)
Requirements
- Prior experience recruiting for technology roles
- Experience with active sourcing/hunting of tech profiles
- Experience recruiting for positions such as developers, product, data, or infrastructure
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing tools
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews
