About the role

  • Conducting end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for technology roles
  • Aligning candidate profiles with hiring managers and defining search strategy
  • Active candidate sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
  • Resume screening and initial candidate assessment
  • Conducting competency-based interviews
  • Presenting candidates to hiring managers and coordinating the stages of the process
  • Assisting with offer negotiations and providing feedback to candidates
  • Updating the candidate pipeline and records in the recruitment system (ATS or CRM)

Requirements

  • Prior experience recruiting for technology roles
  • Experience with active sourcing/hunting of tech profiles
  • Experience recruiting for positions such as developers, product, data, or infrastructure
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing tools
  • Experience conducting competency-based interviews
