About the role
- Support HR administrative routines
- Organize and maintain employee documents and records
- Assist with hiring, termination processes and document control
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and internal HR systems
- Support the organization of trainings and internal initiatives
- Provide employee support to clarify questions related to HR processes
- Assist in benefits administration and maintain team information
- Support the recruitment and selection team when needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields
- Previous experience in administrative or HR routines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Proactive in supporting team demands
- Discretion and responsibility when handling sensitive information
- Previous experience in personnel/payroll or recruitment and selection
- Experience with HR management systems (HRIS)
