About the role
- Provide Slate CRM implementation services and general consulting, such as training, functional consulting, troubleshooting, and technical support to a diverse community of higher education clients
- Analyze current business practices and make recommendations to leverage various technology tools to improve business processes for admissions, retention, and advancement
- Ability to adapt to varying challenges and varying levels of user knowledge
- Collaborate closely with higher education clients to design, configure, and implement innovative Slate CRM solutions that support enrollment, communication, and student success strategies
- Significant client-facing engagement, including travel
Requirements
- 5 or more years working within the Higher Education Industry
- 5 or more years of experience working with Technolutions Slate CRM, demonstrating advanced user proficiency
- Ability to administer security roles, build workflows, write rules, build reports and dashboards using CRM tools
- Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating CRM software
- Experience developing HTML content
- Ability to analyze business processes, procedures, and functions and make recommendations for improvement
- Experience with data collection, designing workflows, and audit requirements to determine the suitability of the CRM software
- Experience with building and managing integrations with various third-party admissions applications (Common App, Royall/EAB, Liaison/UNICAS)
- Experience designing and managing integrations with Enterprise Resource Planning/Student Information Systems
- Experience in a consulting capacity, focusing on enhancing business processes and creating efficiency
- Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within Slate
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills and a proven customer service approach
- The ability to travel over 25%
