About the role
- Engage with the client and ensure high quality delivery
- Act as Client Service leader and/or management escalation instance to ensure customer service runs smoothly and needs are considered
- Provide functional knowledge within HR technology (SAP, SF, covering all HR modules and processes) and in relation to the relevant HR processed
- Develop and execute team development to ensure team capabilities are keeping up within the rapid changing technology environment and based on market, pipeline and customer needs
- Ensure close collaboration and continuous alignment within Strada ProServ leadership team and across ProServ, Global Payroll, Products and other teams
- Support the Sales and presales Organisation in closing deals and develop the business in Poland (and eastern Europe)
- Support local marketing initiatives
- Help the team to navigate within our company and find the right support internally
- Manage relationships with contractors and partner suppliers to leverage external resources where needed and to transfer work to internal resources
- Effectively plan and execute resource capacity and capabilities, based on revenue forecasts, to ensure a cost-effective talent-mix is available and deployed
- Revenue, cost and margin attainment for the according Poland sub-portfolio
- Ensure aligned external utilization target
Requirements
- Needs strong understanding of how the used solutions are implemented, maintained and how they are helping the clients to execute their processes
- Proven customer management and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated experience in leading HRIS projects and services
- Proven team leadership
- Proven Service orientation and growth mindset
- Able to take aligned decisions on time
- Advanced communication, teamwork, interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Understanding of local SAP/SF consulting market in Poland
- Certifications within SAP HCM and SF space are a plus
- Professional in Polish and English language
- German is a plus
