About the role
- Work closely with clients to build and implement cloud computing and AI solutions
- Understand customer needs, propose the best solutions and implement them
- Manage a team to deliver quality fixed projects and iterative value
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key clients
- Monitor fixed project scope and ensure effective client communication
- Manage monthly settlements with clients and team members
- Drive professional development, performance reviews, and salary management
- Create and maintain a healthy team culture through coaching and protecting the team from distractions
- Oversee project resource allocation and utilization
- Define and measure metrics to track team progress, goals, and areas for improvement
- Handle contracts and clauses with clients formally
Requirements
- More than 4 years of experience in a similar managerial position
- Commercial experience in managing, influencing, and measuring team performance in a global multinational environment
- Experience in managing career paths of project team members from both financial and technological perspectives
- Experience in leading agile teams delivering fixed projects while ensuring quality and addressing issues
- Experience in monitoring and ensuring the margin and profitability of projects
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously and excel in context switching
- Fluent English and Polish both written and spoken
