Serve as the overarching Architect across all Workday domains
Lead and participate in cross-functional design sessions
Review the Statement of Work (SOW) to identify cross-functional gaps
Collaborate with project managers on project planning, effort estimation, and sequencing of work
Participate in executive-level and C-suite discussions to provide strategic guidance
Actively support sales by participating in discovery sessions and presenting to clients
Oversee Workday security design to ensure cohesion across all workstreams
Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to ensure alignment and resolve interdependencies
Synthesize complex information into clear and concise communication

Requirements

8+ years in enterprise architecture, HR/Finance systems, or ERP architecture
5+ years of hands-on Workday platform expertise, spanning multiple domains or complex implementations.
Workday (or other relevant ERP) certified in at least one discipline as well as on-going successful recertification
Exceptional stakeholder and executive communication skills
Ability to proactively address and lead challenging conversations
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise insights
Strong consultative skills to guide clients and internal teams
Experience delivering complex, practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
Ability to successfully lead multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high quality standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
