About the role
- Preparing work certificates (several dozen per month)
- Preparing GUS reports (DG-1, Z-03, Z-06, Z-05, Z-03, and Z-12)
- Answering employee questions regarding their remuneration
- Preparing salary certificates
- Operating the ticket system
- Preparing mail for the client
- Reports for the client based on existing instructions
Requirements
- Knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Communicative English skills
- Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Authorization to work in the Employing Country (current and future work authorization without visa sponsorship)
