• Build and maintain strategic national and international business and technology partnerships
• Identify, recruit and onboard new strategic partners for the STP Group
• Expand our solution portfolio through innovative collaborations
• Drive joint go-to-market activities and define business plans with alliance partners

Channel & Strategic Partnerships Manager

Business Development Rep

• Proactively identify new business opportunities in the market through outbound activities such as email, phone calls and social selling, and convert the pipeline — your pitch excites and generates interest in our solution
• Continuously optimize your outbound strategies to professionally engage prospective customers while keeping their needs front of mind
• Qualify leads from campaigns and develop them into sales opportunities for the entire Field Sales team
• Develop and regularly refine your understanding of our ICP (ideal customer profile), our value proposition and the sales journey at stp.one
• Collaborate with decision-makers at the highest level in our target market (e.g., lawyers)
• Ensure high data quality in the CRM system
• Work cross-functionally across the Go-To-Market team and optimize processes from acquisition through list building and outreach to lead handling and qualification

Sales

• Eigenverantwortlicher und strukturierter Ausbau eines definierten Geschäftsfeldes (Branche) zur Erweiterung der Marktanteile für unsere Lösungen im Bereich Legal Tech
• Analyse der Markt- und Kundenpotenziale sowie Identifikation von Chancen für die jeweilige Kunden- und Branchenstrategie
• Neukundenakquise im B2B Bereich bis zum Vertragsabschluss und darüber hinaus inklusive des regelmäßigen Umsatzreportings
• Erarbeitung von individuellen Kundenlösungen im Sales Prozess (Lösungsvertrieb) durch Analyse und Beratung der Kunden und Interessenten
• Ausbau des Vertriebsnetzwerkes und Identifikation von Cross- und Upselling-Potenzialen
• Durchführung von Kundenterminen und Kundenpräsentationen (digital und/oder vor Ort)
