• Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, including health, dental, vision, disability, and retirement plans.
• Manage benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations in HR systems and with third-party vendors.
• Support annual open enrollment and benefits education initiatives and create/complete monthly benefit reconciles.
• Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring accurate time and attendance records and reconcile payroll reports.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and assist with audits.
• Ensure proper recordkeeping, data retention, and assist with badging process when necessary.
• Generate and analyze HR data reports, including headcount, turnover, compliance, and payroll metrics; provide insights and recommendations.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, manage employee life cycle updates, support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Partner with HR leadership to optimize workflows, automate processes, and perform HR documentation audits for completion.
