Requirements
- A solid track record of leading high performance data engineering teams.
- Experience building platforms as a product using agile delivery methods.
- A background as a senior software or data engineer.
- Ability to navigate complex landscapes with competing business priorities.
- Skill in guiding teams through significant technical data decisions.
- Excellent communication skills that make complex topics simple for everyone.
- Experience working in lockstep with product managers and senior engineers.
- A degree in a STEM field like Computer Science or Mathematics.
- Knowledge of the ecommerce domain and its specific data needs.
- An understanding of different data architecture paradigms and how they apply to a business.
