About the role
- Boost the effectiveness of our Group Executive Team (GET) by providing key support for their schedules, travel, and management tasks.
- Be the main driver for the London office's social life, engagement events, and day-to-day office needs.
- Serve as the reliable backbone for the executive support function.
- Ensure London office culture thrives through well-planned and organised events.
- Anticipate and resolve executive scheduling conflicts and priority issues before they happen.
- Manage and arrange reports and data files for executive use.
- Act as back-up support to the Management Board Executive Assistant.
Requirements
- Proven planning and organisational skills.
- Experience in managing social and engagement activities.
- Strong ability to adapt and be flexible to rapid changes in goals.
- Good business understanding to know who should be involved in a plan or activity.
- Excellent multi tasking skills and the ability to set clear priorities.
- Demonstrated discretion and capacity to handle confidential materials.
- Strong verbal and written English skills.
- Deep knowledge of Google Suite.
- Experience with the Oracle expenses and finance system.
- Experience or comfort with using AI tools to help with note taking.
