About the role
- The SDR is responsible for generating new business opportunities for StoreForce by identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospects from the assigned targeted list.
- You will interact with prospects through various communication channels including email, social media messaging, phone calls, and marketing events.
- You will support sales executives to manage leads through the sales pipeline by understanding the prospect’s business challenges and goals.
- Set up appointments, follow up on leads, and track progress toward sales goals.
- Respond to inquiries resulting from marketing awareness campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an SDR, Sales Account Executive or similar role, preferably in a SaaS organization.
- Strong communicator, with an ability to build relationships with prospects by phone, social networks, and email.
- Track record of achieving sales quotas.
- Ability to think outside the box when researching leads and finding new and creative ways to show how the StoreForce Solution can help the prospect achieve their goals.
- Experience working with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; Salesforce certification an asset.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in retail and / or retail systems is an asset.
