Events

• Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and customer events
• Manage event-related admin, including: Tracking deadlines, deliverables, and key dates
• Maintaining event checklists and project trackers
• Supporting booth logistics, shipping, and inventory tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer success) on event needs
• Assist with vendor communication (swag, print, AV, shipping partners)
• Help organize attendee lists, registrations, and lead capture processes
• Support post-event follow-up tasks, including lead lists and internal recaps
• Maintain accurate documentation in SharePoint and other internal tools
• Other duties as assigned by the Marketing Director and/or senior leadership.

Sales Development Rep

• The SDR is responsible for generating new business opportunities for StoreForce by identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospects from the assigned targeted list.
• You will interact with prospects through various communication channels including email, social media messaging, phone calls, and marketing events.
• You will support sales executives to manage leads through the sales pipeline by understanding the prospect’s business challenges and goals.
• Set up appointments, follow up on leads, and track progress toward sales goals.
• Respond to inquiries resulting from marketing awareness campaigns.
