About the role
- Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and customer events
- Manage event-related admin, including: Tracking deadlines, deliverables, and key dates
- Maintaining event checklists and project trackers
- Supporting booth logistics, shipping, and inventory tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer success) on event needs
- Assist with vendor communication (swag, print, AV, shipping partners)
- Help organize attendee lists, registrations, and lead capture processes
- Support post-event follow-up tasks, including lead lists and internal recaps
- Maintain accurate documentation in SharePoint and other internal tools
- Other duties as assigned by the Marketing Director and/or senior leadership.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Communications, Business, or related program
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Interest in events, marketing operations, or B2B SaaS is a plus.
