About the role

  • Implement systems and processes for all of Stord's business units
  • Oversee Systems Integrations and User Acceptance Testing end to end for upcoming brands
  • Deploy technical and functional processes within the 4 walls, managing Design, SIT, UAT, Go-live and hypercare.
  • Implement Stord's OMS and WMS systems end to end
  • Implement physical and system processes to ensure self-sustainability and profitability within the fulfillment center operation
  • Engage with internal teams as well as new and existing Stord customers to ensure a successful launch
  • Serve as a partner to ensure on-going needs are being met to the standard provided
  • Build easy to understand SOPs to hand-off to the Customer Experience and Local Operations team

Requirements

  • Warehouse or WMS implementation experience
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment processes
  • Ability to manage complex projects and facilitation of cross functional planning and execution
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Experience managing an array of teams and stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Risk and opportunity mitigation and management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering (Bonus Points)
  • 3-5 years of experience within Supply Chain or Logistics (Bonus Points)
  • Direct experience with WMS or Warehouse implementation (Bonus Points)
