About the role
- Serve as the main HR contact and employee advocate for their assigned FC location
- Working with the 1P People Team to organize ideas on issues and implement plans
- Drive best-in-class programs for warehouse employee experience and gauge engagement
- Champion and monitor contributions to sustain workplace values and culture
- Collaborate to develop plans for an inclusive environment
- Analyze people data to provide proactive engagement opportunities
- Develop strong relationships with warehouse leaders for a positive work environment
- Coach managers on sensitive work-related issues and advise on best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years human resource experience or blend of operations and HR
- Experience supporting hourly employee client groups
- Experience in retail, call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environments
- Proficiency with HRIS Systems
- A completed Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university (Bonus)
