About the role

  • Perform deep-dive fulfillment diligence on acquired companies' fulfillment operations, engaging internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze cost structures and create accurate financial models of acquired customers' solutions and pricing.
  • Drive pricing standardization to accelerate renewal and integration velocity.
  • Design tailored fulfillment components for system migrations and integrate software and parcel components into final pro formas.
  • Support solution implementation by working with the M&A Implementations team, providing documentation and context.
  • Provide core financial and operational analysis to power M&A integration strategy and ensure financial success.
  • Report to the Solutions Consultant, M&A Integration.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in solutions engineering, industrial engineering, pricing, or a related supply chain function.
  • Strong knowledge of fulfillment operations, warehousing, automation, and material flow optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to executive stakeholders and external customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Highly skilled in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Bonus: Experience with 3PLs, fulfillment operations, and parcel shipping solutions.
  • Bonus: Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Bonus: Understanding of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and cross-functional collaboration in a sales or commercial setting.
