• Support sales and solution engineers in customer interactions to help understand technical needs, business challenges, and automation requirements.
• Work alongside the sales team and partner teams to analyze and understand customer requirements and help deliver customer-specific solutions.
• Test and validate product integrations across various platforms and environments to ensure seamless functionality.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements and use cases.
• Develop and maintain customized integrations to enhance Stonebranch's product capabilities.
• Document integration configurations, best practices, and technical solutions.
• Support the sales and solution engineering teams in Proof of Concepts, such as answering the RFI (Request for Information) documents.

• Contributing your knowledge and ideas to help our Professional Services team with implementation projects of Stonebranch Universal Automation Center (UAC) family of products.
• Overseeing and managing the end-to-end delivery to clients, ensuring high-quality solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute comprehensive project plans and communication strategies.
• Organize and lead project kick-off meetings with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Execute the approved project plan, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Maintain accurate and current project timelines, budgets, and status reports within Smartsheet.
• Oversee task assignments and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, providing regular updates on financial performance and expenditure tracking.

Implementation Specialist

• Design, implement, test, deploy, and document solutions using the Stonebranch family of products that meet business specifications and follow best practices
• Design solutions using our UAC controller and its respective integration tools
• Be a team player working directly with one or more Solution Engineers responsible for installing and deploying the software in the client infrastructure
• Apply technical expertise to investigate and resolve software issues (troubleshooting & bug fixing)
• Understand, respect, and help enforce our Project Management practices
