About the role

  • You will be responsible for conducting consultative inbound sales, matching clients' needs to our financial solutions with a focus on delivering excellent service.
  • Using your knowledge of our business and products, you will manage sales through our customer service channels (chat, WhatsApp, and phone), ensuring speed and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience (at least 1 year);
  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed;
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication;
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
