About the role
- You will be responsible for conducting inbound consultative sales, connecting customer needs to our financial solutions with a strong focus on excellent service.
- Using your knowledge of our business and products, you will manage sales through our customer channels (chat, WhatsApp and phone), ensuring speed and accuracy.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales (minimum 1 year)
- Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed)
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
