About the role
- To lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and digital strategies that strengthen the firm’s brand, raise its profile across key markets and geographies, and position it as a thought leader.
- This role ensures marketing plans are executed effectively, driving engagement, growth, and innovation through compelling content, digital platforms, and product development.
- Develop and implement brand management initiatives.
- Create geographic brand-raising strategies to increase visibility in priority markets.
- Define and deliver a content and thought leadership marketing strategy to achieve brand and market goals, working with the BD Manager.
- Develop and execute an internal communications strategy to embed our firmwide strategy and culture.
- Create and deliver annual marketing plans for each core growth priority.
- Own and evolve the firm’s digital marketing strategy, including website management and enhancements.
- Work with the BD Manager to develop new products or services that support growth strategies.
- Directly manage the Senior Marketing Executive: Digital, the Marketing Executive and the Corporate Comms Executive.
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing and communications roles within professional services, ideally in a law firm.
- Strong understanding of brand management and campaign execution.
- Experience in developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Be a thought leader and have the ability to create and manage content strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills for high-quality content creation.
- Previous experience in digital marketing strategies, including website management, SEO, analytics, and social media.
- Understanding of CRM systems, including marketing automation tools.
- Previous experience designing and implementing internal communications strategies to support the firm’s culture and strategy.
- Understanding of and previous experience in developing performance marketing plans and campaigns.
- Strong data analysis skills to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a small marketing team, fostering collaboration and high performance in-line with the firm’s ethos.

- Familiarity with the legal sector and market trends.
- Previous experience within professional services or legal sector.
