• Devote exclusive attention and time during working hours to the business of the Company and perform the duties and responsibilities necessary to produce Net Commissions and Fees on behalf of the Company;

Business Development Rep

• Drive Immediate Revenue: Personally generate a minimum of $10M in new deal volume annually.
• Strategic Execution: Develop and articulate a credible 30/60/90-day plan to secure "low-hanging fruit" and near-term wins.
• Build the Infrastructure: Following initial traction, recruit and lead a high-performing sales team to scale the organization.
• Partnership Management: Partner closely with owners, developers, architects, and engineers across the full project lifecycle.

Account Manager

• Ensures all aspects of quoting, proposal preparation and enrollment process are completed timely and accurately.
• Able to develop and maintain a great working relationship with clients and insurance companies while servicing all aspects of the accounts during the year.
• Presents the renewal proposal to the client; coordinates all aspects of open and ongoing enrollment including paperwork, online enrollment portal, and conducting open enrollment meetings for clients’ employees as needed (may include public speaking).
• Provides ongoing customer service to employer, employees and covered dependents’, including assistance with enrollment, coverages, claims, and any other issues that may arise.

• Business Development: Actively identify, prospect, and secure new commercial accounts on a national scale.
• Niche Expertise: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Senior Living/LTC market or your specific portable niche.
• Consultative Selling: Utilize proven alternative risk financing and captive insurance models to reduce client spend and improve risk profiles.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as a strategic partner to clients, leveraging our in-house Virtual Assistant and Commercial Client Manager to handle administrative workflows.
• Brand Representation: Represent the firm at industry conferences and networking events.

• Generating leads and scheduling face-to-face meetings with potential and existing customers.
• Traveling to potential and existing client's places of business to present company products and convince customers to make purchases.
• Attending industry events to network and build relationships with potential clients.
• Filling out necessary paperwork and obtaining client's signatures to finalize each sale.
• Investigating and resolving client's complaints in a timely manner.
• Providing exceptional after-sales service to clients by contacting them to inquire into whether they are satisfied with our company and their new insurance solutions..
