About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure their satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide effective support, addressing commercial needs through consultative selling
  • Introduce yourself to new clients after they are registered through the service channels (written and phone)
  • Proactively contact clients to map performance and opportunities, conducting negotiations and renegotiations
  • Act proactively to anticipate potential churn and intervene to reverse it
  • Actively contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives to help build the team
  • Ensure compliance with commercial agreements made with clients

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Sales/Commercial area
  • Undergraduate degree in progress or completed
  • Experience with active client outreach and B2B interactions
  • Clear and effective communication
  • Proficiency in managing multiple channels
  • Ability to build and strengthen relationships with clients and the team
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems assertively
  • Resilience and flexibility to adapt to change with an entrepreneurial mindset
