About the role
- Manage the customer base within your portfolio after the negotiation with the client has concluded.
- Identify opportunities and solution needs for the client's business, generating value.
- Analyze the performance indicators of your portfolio daily.
- Proactively contact clients to map performance and ensure the completion of negotiations.
- Create an organized, strategic routine to anticipate potential new churns.
- Communicate with the Product, Risk, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues, sell, and implement new solutions.
