About the role

  • Act as the front line for onboarding new clients, ensuring an organized and efficient process.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, liaising between internal teams, health insurers/providers, and clients.
  • Ensure that all onboarding steps are completed within the established deadlines.

Requirements

  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring organization and adherence to deadlines.
  • Serve as the interface with health insurers/providers, internal teams, and clients, ensuring alignment of information.
  • Monitor registration changes, document submission, and beneficiary eligibility.
  • Ensure correct configuration of data in the system and track onboarding stages.
  • Support clients during onboarding by answering questions and guiding them through operational processes.
  • Monitor onboarding KPIs and address any inconsistencies or outstanding issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
