About the role
- Act as the front line for onboarding new clients, ensuring an organized and efficient process.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, liaising between internal teams, health insurers/providers, and clients.
- Ensure that all onboarding steps are completed within the established deadlines.
Requirements
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring organization and adherence to deadlines.
- Serve as the interface with health insurers/providers, internal teams, and clients, ensuring alignment of information.
- Monitor registration changes, document submission, and beneficiary eligibility.
- Ensure correct configuration of data in the system and track onboarding stages.
- Support clients during onboarding by answering questions and guiding them through operational processes.
- Monitor onboarding KPIs and address any inconsistencies or outstanding issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
