About the role
- Hybrid work routine with in-person and online meetings
- Establish contact with clients to offer appropriate credit solutions
- Conduct negotiations and build strong client relationships
- Manage and expand the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Conduct sales visits to prospect new clients and maintain relationships
- Rigorously analyze clients' payment capacity to ensure informed, secure credit decisions
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of credit products and the financial sector
- Experience in credit risk assessment for credit granting and financial mathematics
- Strong negotiation skills and portfolio management
- Knowledge of the regional market and sales experience
- Ability to interpret and apply credit policies clearly
