About the role
- Manage the customer base within your portfolio after completion of negotiations with the client.
- Identify opportunities and solution needs for the client's business, generating value.
- Analyze your portfolio's performance indicators daily.
- Proactively contact clients to assess performance and ensure the conclusion of negotiations.
- Establish an organized, strategic routine to anticipate potential new churns.
- Communicate with Product, Risk, and Support teams to resolve issues, drive sales, and implement new solutions.
Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactivity and resilience to resolve problems and propose improvements.
- Organizational skills to manage your activities and client pipeline.
- Basic knowledge of Excel.
