About the role

  • Manage the customer base within your portfolio after completion of negotiations with the client.
  • Identify opportunities and solution needs for the client's business, generating value.
  • Analyze your portfolio's performance indicators daily.
  • Proactively contact clients to assess performance and ensure the conclusion of negotiations.
  • Establish an organized, strategic routine to anticipate potential new churns.
  • Communicate with Product, Risk, and Support teams to resolve issues, drive sales, and implement new solutions.
