About the role

  • Identify and map e-commerce merchants compatible with Pagar.me's products and features.
  • Prospect e-commerce merchants and generate client interest in learning about our product.
  • Diagnose operational problems or opportunities for the client and connect the resolution to Pagar.me's features.
  • Negotiate and sell our products consultatively, designing and delivering the best possible solution for the client.
  • Onboard clients into our system.
  • Manage and support the client throughout the entire sales process until the proposal is closed.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales and with Inside Sales.
  • Experience with active prospecting and the ability to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage your schedule, tasks, targets, and outcomes.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and continuously improve.
  • Resilience to meet targets and solve problems.
