Requirements
- Previous experience at a health or benefits brokerage, with strong knowledge of quotation, implementation/onboarding, and post-sales processes.
- Ability to analyze and interpret commercial/sales data to propose strategic solutions to clients.
- Maintain close, consultative relationships with health insurers/carriers, client companies, and internal teams.
- Organized, with an ownership mindset to manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting to portfolio maintenance.
- Strong communication skills and a consultative approach, ensuring a differentiated experience for corporate clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Operations, Relationship/Customer Success, Product, and Placement teams.
