About the role
- Hybrid work routine with both in-person and online meetings
- Reach out to clients to offer appropriate credit solutions
- Lead negotiations and build strong relationships with clients
- Manage and expand the client portfolio, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Conduct sales visits to prospect new clients and maintain relationships
- Rigorously assess clients' repayment capacity to ensure informed and secure credit decisions
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of credit products and the financial sector
- Experience in credit risk, credit granting, and financial mathematics
- Negotiation and portfolio management skills
- Knowledge of the regional market and experience in sales
- Ability to interpret and apply credit policies clearly
