About the role
- Create generative AI solutions for conversational products using WhatsApp and Twilio
- Directly participate in prompt engineering, software engineering, data analysis, and model development
- Work in an agile model with a constant focus on results through experiments and short validation cycles
Requirements
- Experience with Python, designing and experimenting with ML or AI models
- Conduct clear and consistent quantitative analyses, from problem framing to presentation of results
- Document and communicate data-driven insights to colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Participate in fast interaction cycles related to training/tuning, testing, and deploying models
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of LLMs and prompt engineering
- Knowledge of NLP techniques, information retrieval, and optimization
- Adherence to software engineering best practices
- Familiarity with deployment routines using CI and CD
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Florianópolis, SC
