About the role
- Align initiatives and actions with internal teams and external partners;
- Manage partner relationships, monitor agendas and measure revenue generated by partnerships;
- Align commercial terms and project scopes with internal teams and external partners;
- Identify business opportunities and proactively drive strategic initiatives to realization;
- Lead negotiation, analysis, and management of partner contracts (new and existing);
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand products and services and proactively support the implementation of initiatives and improvements;
- Create controls and manage activities, actions, and budgets, proposing continuous improvements;
- Update systems and internal control spreadsheets, and prepare closing materials documenting actions and revenue generated by partnerships.
Requirements
- Experience in the field, preferably in the financial services sector;
- Advanced English, with the ability to communicate in professional contexts;
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to structure executive presentations and storytelling;
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, information organization, and decision-support;
- Experience developing management materials for monitoring and reporting results;
- Experience defining, tracking, and managing KPIs and performance indicators.
