About the role

  • You will act as the technical specialist and driving force for the evolution of Stone’s agentic AI and automation tools.
  • Contribute to the tactical and strategic definition of how the company automates processes with AI, ensuring secure, scalable and cost-effective solutions.
  • Work is multidisciplinary and involves interfacing with Business areas and GenAI, Technology and Security teams.
  • The mission is to transform operational challenges into proven value-driven solutions; you will be central in governing and technically managing the tools.

Requirements

  • Experience in administrative configuration of enterprise software, preferably tools with agent and AI automation features (e.g., n8n, Di.fy, Gemini Apps (Google Agent), OpenAI Agents, NotebookLM).
  • Define governance and the roadmap for tool evolution using best practices that prioritize user experience and operational and financial efficiency.
  • Hands-on profile configuring reusable components in the tools such as templates, modules, connectors, agents, policies, etc.
  • Act as the technical focal point by providing support, removing blockers, managing risks with the Security team, and enabling projects for Stone users in the tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt communication to audiences with varying technical backgrounds and seniority levels.
  • Conduct consistent, clear quantitative analyses. Monitor KPIs for agent and automation operations (success rate, cost per execution, ROI, and volume), identifying well-founded improvement opportunities.
  • Produce governance documentation, guidelines and golden paths for the tools under your responsibility.
  • Basic knowledge of LLMs, Agents, MCP, connectors/integrations and other relevant AI application concepts for companies.
  • Advanced English.
