About the role

  • Map e-commerce sites compatible with Pagar.me's product and features across various sources (Google, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Prospect e-commerce businesses and generate client interest in learning about our product through phone and email outreach.
  • Follow up with potential clients and nurture them until they are qualified to progress through the sales funnel.
  • Schedule meetings with potential clients for Account Executives (Hunter), generating qualified leads and sales opportunities and presenting Pagar.me and our solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline of opportunities together with the team and leadership.

Requirements

  • Results-oriented with a focus on closing deals.
  • Persistence and initiative to continuously improve active prospecting skills and to develop strategies/methods for generating relevant leads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, with strong time and task management skills.
  • Proactive and eager to learn and continuously improve.
  • Emotional resilience to meet targets and solve problems.
  • Experience in sales, prospecting, and lead qualification.
