About the role
- You will join a high-performance development team focused on designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving software that solves real customer problems.
- Help build long-term, high-quality solutions.
- Act as an advocate for development best practices, design patterns, our agreements and processes, testing, documentation, and code review within your team, and influence this culture as much as possible.
- Responsible for designing technical solutions together with the Staff Engineer and Engineering Manager, assessing feasibility and technical planning, and estimating effort and timelines.
- Expected to collaborate effectively, be candid and transparent to maintain strong day-to-day relationships with the team and to share knowledge.

Requirements
- Experience in Backend development (Golang)
- Experience with (or willingness to work in) Backend development (.NET)
- Strong knowledge of software architecture (Clean Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture, Vertical Slice, BFFs)
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs / HTTP protocol
- Strong understanding of best practices in distributed systems
- Solid experience with messaging systems (Kafka / RabbitMQ / SQS)
- Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures
- Strong knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Code, and Design Patterns
- Experience with requirements engineering, diagramming, UML, and documentation
- Experience with telemetry, monitoring, observability, and metrics
- Experience with software testing: unit, integration, stress, and mutation testing
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases and data modeling, caching strategies, and distributed processing
- Familiarity with DevOps: CI/CD, automation, and the cultural practices
- Agile mindset and knowledge of agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud
