Assists attorneys in the delivery of legal services
Conducts pre-claim investigation, legal research, and initial case assessments
Drafts legal documents including interrogatories and motions
Manages collection of discovery documents
Prepares trial notebooks and exhibits
Develops and maintains positive relationships with clients
Performs administrative responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
College degree is preferred
4 to 5+ years of related experience that demonstrates analytical and written research capabilities
Paralegal certificate in the appropriate jurisdiction
Prior experience with online litigation document review databases
Strong understanding of the EDRM
Ability to learn and apply various codes, statutes and procedures
