About the role

  • Incumbent will lead the Kalispell market in a dual position acting as branch manager and lead sales executive.
  • This position requires effective communication skills and a solid understanding of the insurance industry.
  • Must demonstrate leadership skills and demonstrate the ability to educate, mentor, and motivate sales and service staff.
  • Responsible for personnel administration, ensuring that Agency practices, procedures, and workflows are adhered to by all staff in the Kalispell office.
  • Promote the improvement of Stockman Insurance through quality customer service, promotion of products, professionalism in conduct and diligent work ethic.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications: Montana State insurance license
  • Strong insurance background
  • Experience as a sales coordinator or management
  • Proven Business development experience / track record
  • Good team development and leadership skills
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Must have a current and valid driver’s license and be able to drive long distances at times.
  • Ability to travel - approximately 25% travel required
