• Enhance, document and support assigned software applications.
• Responsible for serving as primary contact between the vendor and business unit.
• Work with management and operations regularly to resolve outstanding issues.
• Complete routine tasks and project deliverables.
• Research and test upgrades and releases while adhering to documented change management process and procedures.
• Monitor and review vendor communications for all products and services for issues, enhancements and new feature/functionality.
• Provide tier two support to Contact Center and Branches.
• Coordinate the research, reporting, and resolution of issues reported for assigned Digital Banking functions.
• Propose system and procedure changes as needed.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training for end users.
• Maintain system documentation including desktop procedures and system diagrams.
• Understand and maintain disaster recovery plans, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs).
