About the role
- Incumbent will lead the Billings market in a dual position acting as branch manager and lead sales executive.
- Responsible for personnel administration, ensuring that Agency practices, procedures, and workflows are adhered to by all staff in the Billings office.
- Coordinate the implementation of policy decisions from Vice President/General Manager and Executive Leadership Team.
- Implement policies and procedures as established by the Board of Directors of Stockman Insurance.
- Promote the improvement of Stockman Insurance through quality customer service, promotion of products, professionalism in conduct and diligent work ethic.
- Responsible for business development in the agency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, provide them with ongoing support and address their insurance needs.
Requirements
- Montana State insurance license
- Strong insurance background
- Experience as a sales coordinator or management
- Proven Business development experience / track record
- Good team development and leadership skills
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license and be able to drive long distances at times.
- Ability to travel - approximately 25% travel required
