About the role
- Territory-focused sales professional: You will take responsibility for a designated sales territory and develop it strategically.
- Customer retention and acquisition: You will expand existing customer relationships and win new business partners for our solutions.
- Appointment management: You identify potential customers and schedule targeted consultations — in person or digitally.
- Consulting and deal closing: From the initial analysis to the final negotiation, you act as the primary contact for your customers at every stage.
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
- Initial B2B sales experience — ideally with a focus on technically complex or consultative products or services.
- Convincing communication skills and a confident, personable presence.
- Structured, goal-oriented working style combined with a high degree of self-initiative.
- Business-fluent German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Driving licence (Class B) and willingness to travel within the sales territory.
