About the role
- You lead agile and hybrid digital and Salesforce projects in the automotive sector: from conception through implementation and (international) rollout to the maintenance phase.
- You see your role as a leadership task.
- As a servant leader, you act as a coach and mentor, fostering trust, clarity in decisions, and accountability within your international team.
- You promote and develop your team members, supporting them in identifying and resolving problems and conflicts.
- In collaboration with our clients, you identify expectations and requirements and take responsibility for delivering jointly agreed objectives on time, within budget, and to the expected quality.
- This includes tasks such as preparing proposals, determining staffing needs, project controlling and reporting, invoicing, and reviewing performance records.
Requirements
- You have substantial professional experience as a project or program manager for Salesforce projects in the automotive sector.
- Working in agile teams using Scrum and applying agile methods is familiar to you.
- Experience in scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) and performing various agile roles is an advantage.
- You are passionate about your work and convey that enthusiasm to your team.
- You bring proven knowledge and methods from agile ways of working and can bring together international, culturally diverse, and remote teams.
- You have fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken), at least at C1 level.
