About the role
- Handle and manage sales-related data entry with high accuracy and consistency
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and databases regularly
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics
- Lead, guide, and support the sales team to achieve targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- Ensure all documentation and reporting are well-organized and up-to-date
- Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements
- Prepare and present reports to management as required
Requirements
- Must have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in warehousing sales
- Strong data management and MS Excel skills
- Good leadership and team-handling abilities
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and reporting
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Candidates must have their own laptop.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is required.
