About the role

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts such as EPCs (engineering, procurement, and construction), O&Ms (operation and maintenance), offtake agreements, supply contracts, and others.
  • Participation in meetings with clients and counterparties to discuss and negotiate the terms and conditions of contracts.
  • Contract management activities, such as drafting and reviewing notices, claims analysis, review of insurance policies, claims handling, pre-litigation advisory, among others.
  • Participation in audit procedures, including analysis of contracts and related documents and identification of transactional risks.

Requirements

  • Law degree.
  • Experience with contracts and civil litigation/arbitration will be considered an advantage.
