About the role
- Handling a range of real estate transactions;
- Conducting real estate legal due diligence;
- Drafting real estate contracts (including real estate security agreements, e.g., fiduciary transfer/alienação fiduciária and mortgages);
- Advising on property regularization and registration matters;
- Participating in lease management.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate advisory (consultative) practice is required; experience with corporate law/capital markets is a plus;
- Ability to work in a team and in a multidisciplinary, diverse, and inclusive environment.
