About the role

  • Participation in studies of legislation and/or case law, whether to serve clients or to develop legal arguments/positions;
  • Drafting of procedural pleadings and responses to client inquiries and questions;
  • Monitoring the caseload of the Tax Litigation team;
  • Preparation of procedural/case reports;
  • Occasional execution of filings and diligences with tax authorities (federal, state and municipal) and with courts.

Requirements

  • Law degree;
  • Experience in Tax Law (preferred);
  • Ability to work in a team and in a multidisciplinary, diverse and inclusive environment.
