About the role

  • Participation in studies of legislation and/or case law for client service or development of legal arguments;
  • Drafting procedural documents and responding to client inquiries and consultations;
  • Monitoring the case portfolio of the Tax Litigation team;
  • Preparing case/procedural reports;
  • Occasional diligences and appearances before tax authorities (federal, state and municipal) and before Courts.

Requirements

  • Law degree;
  • Experience in Tax Law (preferred);
  • Ability to work in a team and in a multidisciplinary, diverse and inclusive environment.
