• Build and execute the entire learning framework that fuels the success of our growing team.
• Design a scalable learning and enablement strategy from the ground up, helping our team thrive as they onboard into their roles and grow into confident, effective consultants and client partners who consistently deliver exceptional outcomes to our clients.
• Partner closely with leadership across delivery and sales as well as our operations team to build holistic programs that go beyond checklists by embedding core competencies, elevating best practices, and creating a rhythm of ongoing learning and improvement across our team.
• Own and deliver the end-to-end process for learning and talent development for the team.
• Design and implement scalable programs, playbooks, and frameworks that drive knowledge, consistency, and operational excellence across the team and help them grow in their skill set.
• Ensure our people managers are equipped to help each new Stitch onboard successfully into their specific role by creating scalable learning pathways and programs. You’ll be leading several of these as our Stitchers travel onsite for their first week and partnering with business leaders to ensure subject matter experts are co-faciliators as needed.
• Continually centralize general and role specific knowledge in our knowledge hub to ensure relevant, easy-to-access documentation across tools, processes, and best practices.
• Develop metrics to assess development effectiveness in achieving our business goals and use insights to iterate and evolve programs.
• Champion a culture of learning and curiosity across the team, with regular learning forums, content refreshes, and skill-building initiatives.
• Partner with the People team to ensure skills development aligns with career pathways and performance expectations.

Learning and Development Manager

Director

• Lead strategic client engagements as an Associate Principal consultant while owning people management.
• Build 1:1 relationships with consultants, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Drive quarterly career development discussions with direct reports.
• Act as go-to for people escalations and partner with Client Partners for account escalations.
• Manage time-off requests and timesheet approvals.
• Contribute to knowledge management and share best practices.
• Serve as Associate Principal Business Strategist or Solution Architect for assigned accounts.
• Lead discovery, solutioning, and change management to help clients achieve goals.
• Use expertise in Braze and adjacent platforms (CDPs, data warehouses, middleware) to craft solutions.
• Manage multiple accounts simultaneously and troubleshoot complex escalations.
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts and drive new work.
• Support operations in staffing and maintain staffing notes.
• Lead or co-lead office hours sessions for team knowledge sharing.
• Occasionally travel up to 20% within the United States, including Indianapolis HQ onboarding.

• About This Role
• At Stitch, we help the world’s most innovative brands bring their customer engagement strategies to life. As a Marketing Strategist on our Delivery team, you’ll be the trusted advisor helping our clients design and execute lifecycle marketing programs that make an impact by being faster, smarter, and more personalized.
• Collaborating closely with our Solution Architects, Business Strategists, and Technical Producers, you’ll bring strategy and execution together. That means ongoing performance analysis, test-driven optimizations, and clear guidance on how to make every campaign better.
• The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of lifecycle marketing principles and experience developing and executing successful lifecycle marketing strategies. You should be analytical, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven, collaborative environment.
• What You’ll Do
• Partner with clients to deeply understand their goals, audiences, and marketing objectives, then turn those insights into end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Analyze customer data to spotlight growth opportunities in engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Leverage marketing tech (Braze and other tools that integrate into it) to bring campaigns to life in ways that maximize personalization and relevance.
• Design customer journeys from start to finish, mapping touchpoints, messaging, and automation tactics that make every interaction matter.
• Document journeys with clarity and precision so clients and teams are aligned every step of the way.
• Define KPIs that actually tell the story of success and optimize against them.
• Use rigorous A/B and multivariate testing to refine messaging and design across channels.
• Collaborate with other consultants at Stitch, such as Business Strategists, Solution Architects, and Technical Producers to blend strategic vision with flawless technical execution.
• Build trust with clients by meeting deadlines, exceeding expectations, and always bringing thoughtful recommendations to the table.
• Work with 3–5 client projects efficiently while hitting quarterly billable targets.
• Contribute to Stitch’s growth by owning your role in quarterly and annual goals.
• Travel occasionally (up to 20%) to client sites for hands-on strategic work.
• Stay sharp by keeping up with evolving Braze features and marketing tech through certification and constant learning.

• You manage your weekly schedule well to consistently meet Stitch’s broader quarterly billable targets. You’ll be juggling a variety of activities during the week including heads-down work, client meetings, Stitch office hours, pursuing certifications, and time-tracking. You may work with multiple clients at one time. Being intentional about organizing your schedule each week will help you feel prepared for the context-switching that consulting involves.
