Requirements

4+ years of leading and managing high-performing engineering teams
strong strategic thinking and proactively identify business opportunities in close partnership with Product and Data Science
track record of building deep, effective partnerships across Business Partners, Product, and Data Science
data-driven mindset to problem-solving
experience partnering with Product, Data Science teams to design, build, and evolve recommendation systems
experience in the retail domain including familiarity with MDM, assortment planning, and ERP platforms
experience integrating internal platforms with best-in-class third-party systems
experience running teams in an Agile environment
experience managing remote teams
familiar with our technology stack: Ruby on Rails, Golang, Postgres, Redis, RabbitMQ, React
