Requirements

at least five years of professional software development experience
at least a year in a technical leadership role
solving problems with front-end technologies—TypeScript, Next.js, React, CSS/Sass
back-end frameworks, preferably Ruby on Rails
experience with GraphQL and Apollo, both consuming APIs and designing schemas
set clear priorities and communicate them openly
enjoy mentoring other engineers
