Accountant

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of key balance sheet and P&L accounts.
• Assist in the integration of newly acquired channels, including accounting policy alignment and intercompany transactions.
• Support preparation of consolidated financials across multiple channels.
• Manage and review payroll processes in coordination with external providers or HR/payroll systems.
• Coordinate and support external audits and tax preparation by preparing relevant documentation.
• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
• Provide variance analysis between actuals, budget, and forecast to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with AP/AR staff and cross-functional teams to streamline accounting operations.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Contribute to system improvements, process enhancements, and automation initiatives.
